And just like that, my CH internship is over.

While it’s lame to be heading back to the Midwest after such a short time here, it’ll be nice to get back to my family/friends/girlfriend. I know it’s already been said a million times, but the entire CH crew are some of the nicest, more accepting people I’ve ever met. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to come back sometime.

I had some secret hopes and goals before I started that I chose not to vocalize incase none of them ended up coming true. But since most did, here are some of the highlights.

• Appeared in a Hardly Working video
  
• Appeared in a CHTV video (coming soon)
  
• Interviewed some of the bigger named comedians (more coming soon) 
• Created a BustedTee
  
• Appeared in a Jake and Amir
• Met a bunch of awesome new people
  
• Saw my favorite musician three times
• Mastered the subway system (I can now ride it standing up not holding onto any rails- not a big deal)
• Ate sandwiches for almost the first month I was here
• Didn’t get stabbed!

So while I’ll probably experience some culture shock once I get back to Minnesota and get pissed when I can’t find delicious bagels at any hour or go to a comedy show for $5 whenever I feel like it, I’ll still be able to brag to my friends that I got to witness a teenager starting a car in Harlem with a screwdriver.

And that’s really what counts in the long run.
